In his current role, Basel leads the company’s operational management, business performance, and strategic execution, ensuring that Quest Travel Jordan operates with strong controls, clarity, and consistency. He plays a key role in supporting the company’s boutique positioning in luxury travel, MICE, and tailor-made programs, while strengthening global B2B partnerships and long-term commercial relationships.
Prior to joining Quest Travel Jordan, Basel spent 16 years with Lufthansa Cargo, where he held senior roles in station management, handling operations, and sales leadership. During this time, he developed deep expertise in complex operations, revenue optimization, stakeholder management, and international corporate environments, working closely with global partners and regional teams.
