Terms and Conditions

Website and Service Terms

Effective and last reviewed: 31 July 2026

These terms apply to the website and communications of Quest Travel (“Quest Travel”, “we”, “us” or “our”), the trading name of شركة البحث للسياحة والسفر ذات مسؤولية محدودة, a Jordanian limited liability company operating from Wasfi At-Tall St., Amman 11953, Jordan. They explain the rules for using this website and the framework under which we discuss and confirm travel services.

Browsing the website does not by itself create a travel-services contract. A contract is formed only when the parties accept a written proposal, confirmation or other booking document that identifies the contracting parties and the agreed services. Those booking-specific documents form part of the contract and take priority if they conflict with these general terms.

1. About Quest Travel

Quest Travel is registered under company number 65405 and national establishment number 200190172. The company is licensed by Jordan’s Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities as an Incoming Tourism Office, Category B, holds Greater Amman Municipality profession licence 43059, is registered for tax under number 40190277, and is a member of the Jordan Society of Tourism and Travel Agents under reference 2023/1547.

We are a Jordan-based destination management company. We plan and coordinate private leisure travel, luxury travel, MICE services, accommodation, transport, guiding, events and locally delivered experiences. Availability and the exact scope of every service are confirmed in writing.

Our role can differ by engagement. Depending on the written confirmation, we may act as a local organiser, principal supplier, coordinator or intermediary for an identified third-party supplier. The confirmation will identify Quest Travel’s role and, where relevant, the responsible organiser or supplier. A description used on the website does not reduce any responsibility imposed by mandatory law.

2. Website use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website, introduce malicious code, misuse forms, scrape protected material, impersonate another person or infringe the rights of Quest Travel or any third party.

Website content is general information and inspiration, not a binding offer. Conditions, access rules, opening times and supplier information can change. We take reasonable care with published information but ask travellers and partners to rely on the final written confirmation for agreed services.

3. Enquiries and authority

Submitting an enquiry does not oblige either party to proceed. A person who requests or confirms services for other travellers confirms that they are authorised to provide their information, receive notices and accept the relevant booking documents on their behalf. They must ensure that all travellers receive the applicable terms and privacy information.

You are responsible for providing accurate names, contact details, passport information and any health, dietary, mobility or accessibility information reasonably needed to plan and safely deliver the requested services. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive information.

4. Proposals, confirmation and payment

A proposal is subject to availability until confirmed in writing. The proposal or confirmation will state the included services, contracting party, currency, payment schedule, applicable taxes or charges, amendment and cancellation conditions, and any supplier-specific terms. Quest Travel does not publish general prices or fixed itineraries on this legal page.

Payment must be made using the method and by the deadline stated in the confirmation or invoice. A booking may lapse or be cancelled if a required payment is not received, subject to the agreed booking conditions and any mandatory rights. Where a payment service provider is used, its own terms and privacy notice may also apply; the payment method will be identified before payment.

5. Changes, cancellations and refunds

Rules for changes, cancellations, refunds and supplier charges vary by service and will be supplied before confirmation. Any request to change or cancel should be sent in writing. It becomes effective when received by the contact stated in the booking documents.

If Quest Travel or a supplier must make a material change or cancel a confirmed service, we will communicate the available alternatives, refund position and any mandatory rights that apply. Nothing in these terms permits us to remove a refund or remedy required by applicable law.

6. Traveller responsibilities

  • Check passports, visas, entry, transit, health and insurance requirements in good time.
  • Review the final confirmation and promptly report errors or missing information.
  • Follow lawful safety instructions and respect local laws, communities, heritage sites and suppliers.
  • Maintain appropriate travel insurance for the services and risks involved.
  • Tell us before confirmation about needs that may affect safe or suitable delivery.

Official authorities and qualified professionals, not this website, are the authoritative source for immigration, health, security and legal requirements.

7. Third-party services

Hotels, carriers, guides, venues, restaurants and activity providers may perform parts of an arrangement. Their lawful operational and safety conditions may apply where disclosed before confirmation. Quest Travel remains responsible to the extent required by the contract and mandatory law; we do not exclude responsibility merely because a third party performs a service.

8. Events beyond reasonable control

Events such as severe weather, natural disaster, epidemic, conflict, government restriction, border closure, strike or major transport disruption may affect services. The parties will take reasonable steps to reduce disruption and communicate available options. The consequences will be handled under the booking documents and applicable law; this clause does not remove non-excludable rights.

9. Complaints and assistance

Please report a service problem promptly to the Quest Travel contact provided in the confirmation so that there is a reasonable opportunity to assist. A formal complaint should be sent to info@questtravel-jo.com with the booking reference and relevant facts. We will acknowledge and review it within a reasonable time. This process does not limit any right to contact a regulator, consumer body or court.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, or any other liability or traveller remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to those protections, each party is responsible for direct loss that was reasonably foreseeable and caused by its breach. Any limitation that applies to a particular confirmed service must be stated in the booking documents and must comply with mandatory law and any applicable international convention. We are not responsible for loss caused solely by the traveller, by an unconnected third party that could not reasonably have been foreseen or avoided, or by unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances, except where the law requires assistance, reimbursement or another remedy.

11. Intellectual property

The website’s original text, design and branding are owned by or licensed to Quest Travel. Photographs, videos, maps, logos and other material may belong to Quest Travel, photographers, partners or other licensors. You may view and share ordinary page links for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reproduction, republication, automated extraction or commercial use requires permission from the relevant rights holder.

12. Privacy, cookies and external links

Our processing of personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. Cookie use and choices are explained in the Cookie Policy and consent-preference tool. External websites are controlled by their operators; their own terms and privacy notices apply.

13. Governing law and mandatory rights

These terms and contracts with Quest Travel are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, unless the booking documents state otherwise. The courts of Jordan will have jurisdiction, subject always to any mandatory consumer law, jurisdiction rule or treaty that gives a traveller the right to rely on another law or bring proceedings elsewhere. Nothing in these terms deprives a consumer of protections that cannot lawfully be waived.

14. Updates and severability

We may update these website terms prospectively and will publish the new review date here. Changes do not retrospectively alter an existing confirmed booking unless the parties lawfully agree. If one provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
